Contributing to exploring the editorial history of the Divine Comedy as a key part of its cultural fortune over the centuries, the exhibition aims to open a window of reflection on more general issues: the relationship between poetic image, artistic iconography and religious symbology, as well as the inscription of the poetic word in collective memory through its material transmission.
