Manjerica products are beautifully packed in our customized boxes and are shipped from Portugal.

If you have a registered account with Manjerica, you may check the status of your order online.

 

TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY
A tracking link directing you to the shipper’s portal will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped.

 

SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
We offer Free Express Shipping for countries within the EU.

For other countries, we offer Free Shipping for orders over 150 EUR.

For orders that are under the above price, the shipment costs will be as follows:

- EUROPE: 20 EUR

- REST OF WORLD: 30 EUR

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

- EU COUNTRIES: 1 - 3 Business days

- REST OF EUROPE: 1 – 7 Business days

- REST OF WORLD: 1 – 7 Business days to arrive at the country destination

In certain circumstances if the first delivery attempt to your specified address fails, you may be notified by the courier that your order is available to collect from your local post office location. Please follow the instructions on the card provided by the courier and contact customer.service@manjerica.com if you require further information. The availability of this service is not guaranteed and is subject to restrictions.

 

 

DUTIES AND TAXES
International shipping is not inclusive of duties and taxes. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. We advise international customers to confirm/calculate applicable duties and taxes before purchasing. Please contact us at customer.service@manjerica.com for assistance.

We are only able to deliver to the shipping address provided on your order. Changes are not permitted once your order has been shipped.

 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

 Please note we do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses or ship to PO Boxes.

 

RETURNS

Manjerica will accept returns for product orders for refund in their original condition within 30 days of receipt of your order. Returned handbags must also include the original box, dust bags with original tags attached. Handbags with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return.

Manjerica reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.

Original shipping costs are non–refundable.

For countries within the European Union we offer Free Returns. Please email us at customer.service@manjerica.com requesting the return.

For other countries returns, please note that we are unable to provide shipping labels or reimbursement for international returns, and any duties or taxes collected upon delivery will be non refundable.

Please note that it is important to ship international packages using standard shipping and your country’s local shipping carrier. For added safety, please insure all packages with a tracking number.

If you would like to request an international return, please email us to customer.service@manjerica.com with the order number and the item you wish to return. We will get back to you with the instructions for the return’s proceedings.

Please do not ship your return back without our authorization, as it will not be processed.

 

REFUND

Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment.

On receipt of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate that refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 7-10 working days. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

Please keep your shipping note until you have received your refund.

If the item which you are returning was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, any refund will be paid in the same currency as purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original price paid.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you would like to cancel or change the order, please contact us immediately by email to customer.service@manjerica.com. Then, the payment will be refunded to your account which may take up to 10 business days. Please note, we are unable to combine orders, change the size, edit your billing/shipping details or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed. Also, we may not change the order once the product has already been shipped.
